A minimalist lifestyle can be defined as simply “living with less.”
When we live with less we are able to release our attachment to material possessions and focus more time and energy on the immaterial world. The thoughts, feelings, emotions and goals we have for ourselves become a little bit clearer when we clear out the stuff that’s in the way.
